Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trufluencer ("Platform"), operated at trufluencer.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Trufluencer is a creator marketplace that connects Instagram creators with brands for paid collaborations. We provide creator profiles with verified engagement metrics (TruScore), deal management tools, and brand-creator matching services.

3. Eligibility

To use Trufluencer as a creator, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Instagram Creator or Business account
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these terms

4. Creator Accounts

When you connect your Instagram account, you grant us read-only access to your public profile data. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information. You may not impersonate another person or use a fraudulent Instagram account. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

5. Brand Accounts

Brands may register on the Platform to browse creator profiles and manage collaborations. Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their company information and campaign details. All brand interactions with creators must be professional and lawful.

6. Deals and Payments

Trufluencer facilitates connections between creators and brands. Regarding deals:

• Deal terms (deliverables, timelines, compensation) are agreed between creator and brand
• Payments are currently handled directly between creators and brands, outside the Platform
• Trufluencer does not guarantee payment or deal completion
• Both parties are expected to fulfill agreed-upon deal terms in good faith
• Trufluencer may track deal and payment status for platform integrity

7. TruScore

TruScore is a proprietary metric calculated from publicly available Instagram data, platform activity, and profile completeness. The score is intended as a general indicator of creator credibility and is not a guarantee of performance. We reserve the right to modify the scoring algorithm at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use fake followers, bots, or artificial engagement to inflate metrics
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or capabilities
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or send unsolicited communications to other users

9. Intellectual Property

The Trufluencer name, logo, TruScore system, and Platform design are our intellectual property. Content you create and share on Instagram remains yours. By using the Platform, you grant us a license to display your public profile information for the purpose of operating the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Trufluencer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: failed deals, payment disputes, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Platform (currently free).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@trufluencer.app. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed from the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
